Hello
I’m Allen Cater, a former multi-sport athlete with a proven track record of performance and accolades at the highest prep and collegiate levels. I was ranked the No. 8 defensive end in Georgia and No. 36 in the South by Scout.com, and recognized as the No. 65 strongside defensive end in the nation by 247Sports.
Throughout my career, I earned all-state, all-region, all-metro, and All-Cobb County honors, and as a junior, I posted 48 tackles and two sacks, helping lead Mt. Paran to Cobb County’s first state championship in 47 years with a perfect 14–0 season. I also competed in the Georgia Junior–Sophomore Elite Classic, where I was named Defensive End Player of the Game.
After high school, I played college football at UNC Chapel Hill, appearing as a true freshman and earning recognition on the PFF Team of the Week. I was named All-Conference Defensive End in my junior year. Following my senior season, I signed with the US Sports Management Agency, and upon graduating in 2020, I trained on and off for a year, which led to the opportunity to try out for a NFL teams.
I’ve always been a multi-sport athlete—playing basketball and lettering in track and field, running the 200m, 400m, 4×100, and 4×400 relays, and competing in the long jump. That combination of speed, power, and versatility drives my approach to training today. I bring that same dedication and experience to helping athletes reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
